AGITATE: Call your representative (congressional switchboard: 202-224-3121) and voice your support for the proposed Bipartisan Concensus Managed Care Improvement Act, HR 2723 (a.k.a. the Norwood-Dingell Bill). It's a step in the right direction toward greater access to information and necessary care from HMOs, and it spells out appeal procedures to be used when HMOs make bad decisions. Hold your Congressmembers responsible for their votes!
